Do you want to admire myriad gleams on the water up close? Or feel the flow of the river and learn something new? Your canoe or boat on the Dyje River will be singing to you while you paddle. No equipment? No problem! The Stará Vodárna (Old Waterworks) Paddling Centre in Znojmo offers complete equipment and the services of helpful instructors.
You can embark right at Stará Vodárna and paddle through the royal city of Znojmo. After fifteen kilometres, you will reach Krhovice, which is the gateway to the nature reserve of the Dyje River bends. A mild river current will carry you from there between the picturesque banks for another eleven kilometres. Enjoy the beautiful nature of the Czech-Austrian borderland up to Hrádek, which is a famous wine-growing area. Ahoy and cheers!
