This year, the festival will take place at the Rosice Castle on Saturday, 5 September, providing a unique setting for a day full of flavours, entertainment, and memorable experiences.
Visitors will be able to sample unique dishes, delicacies, and beverages prepared exclusively by small-scale producers, many of whom come from the surrounding region.
Alongside traditional favourites such as potato pancakes and garlic soup, the festival will feature a variety of creative garlic specialities, including raclette with roasted garlic and pulled duck in a black garlic sauce, as well as many other delicious surprises.
