Join us for a toast on 11 November at 11.00 a.m. at Svobody Square in Brno. Experience the unforgettable atmosphere of the largest St. Martin's Day wine tasting. Every year, the St. Martin's Basket offers 100 types of wine from winemakers from Moravia and Bohemia. A procession led by St. Martin on a white horse passes through the centre of Brno, St. Martin then ceremoniously opens a bottle on Svobody Square at 11.00 a.m. Admission to the event is 80 CZK, for which visitors receive a glass, a catalogue and a rechargeable chip, which they can charge with any amount, which is then paid for by wine samples. A wine sample (0.5 dcl) will cost 15 CZK. There is dulcimer music playing. Refreshments can be bought in the adjacent stalls. The St. Martin's feast lasts until the early evening.
