Austerlitz 2025

Come and commemorate this unique historical event once again this year, one of the most famous battles in European history – the Battle of Austerlitz, also known as the Battle of the Three Emperors.

On December 2, 1805, the armies of three great powers clashed near Slavkov u Brna: France, led by Emperor Napoleon; Austria, led by Emperor Francis I; and Russia, led by Tsar Alexander I.  Napoleon Bonaparte achieved one of his greatest victories here, defeating a numerically superior enemy thanks to his masterful tactics. This battle became one of Napoleon's most glorious victories and is still studied today as an example of brilliant command and strategy.

2:00–3:30 p.m. Reenactment of the Battle of the Three Emperors – Tvarožná (Admission to the Saturday reenactment of the battle is free, with the exception of the grandstand, for which tickets can be purchased through the Ticketstream network.)
