St. Martin's Wine Tasting in Brno

Join us for a toast on November 11 at 11:00 a.m. at Freedom Square in Brno. Experience the unforgettable atmosphere of the largest St. Martin’s Day wine tasting.

Every year, the St. Martin’s Wine Tasting offers 100 varieties of wine from winemakers in Moravia and Bohemia. A parade winds through the center of Brno, led by St. Martin on a white horse; St. Martin then ceremoniously opens a bottle at Freedom Square at 11:00 a.m. Tickets are available for advance purchase online. Admission to the event is 80 CZK, for which visitors receive a glass, a catalog, and a rechargeable chip that they can load with any amount to pay for wine samples. A wine sample (0.5 dcl) costs 15 CZK. Cimbalom music will be playing. Refreshments will be available for purchase at nearby stands.
